Description: Process batch operations on the game packages through a Custom Script.
Objective: Export a Game resource(s) from The Sims 3 to another package altering its default attributes.
Custom Extension: (*.s3sr), allows easy running of script operations along with the tool.
Attention
This is a "complex" tool, if you are unfamiliar with resource editing avoid this.
It is recommended, however, only use it in case someone provides you an already written script file for it.
DO NOT share the output package of your script created with this tool.
It breaks the purpose of this application, in case of structure changes on resource(s).

Tool to Package Custom Body Hair by CmarNYC
A simple Windows program to help with making custom body hair.
Just enter a name for your hair, select the body location, and import your textures. You only need two: an overlay and a specular. Optionally you can adjust the opacity of the hair and the sorting order in CAS. By default it will be enabled for males only, teen through elder, but you can change that if you wish.
Notes:
Games must have the 1.22 base game patch or higher to use body hair. You don't have to have the Generations expansion.

Custom Launcher V2 – Configurations / Sets / etc. by Grant Hess
To start with, there are 3 levels of control over packages and such…
At the lowest level, the package or sim or world, etc. You can enable or disable the item completely. This is used only when something is either always available or never available. Generally you will only use this for troubleshooting or just before deleting an item permanently.
At the next level, you can configure sets of content. All content from a given set will be consolidated into it’s own ModBUILDx.package files. So if you have sets that never change, you should never have to wait for them to rebuild. These sets are designed to let the player keep all of a similar group of content together… For example, a medieval set or a sci-fi set.
Finally, at the highest level, the user can set up configurations where each individual set can be enabled or disabled. For example if the player is working on a medieval challenge, it may require certain mods be disabled to prevent cheating, while in normal play the user may have the same medieval content but also add mods to simplify game-play. Each configuration has its own set of save files that are managed to keep the saves from being corrupted due to missing content.

s3ce (Sims3Pack CommandLine Extractor) by aWT
While studying DBPF packages I developed this application under C# using Visual Studio.I wasn't going to share it, but since it's pretty handy and would help the community, I decided to.
It's a drag & drop Sims3Pack extractor.
You probably heard of Delphy's Multi Installer;
They share the same purpose, the difference is that mine can be ran through batch scripts or by simply dragging the Sim3Packs you want to the program file.
I created a GUI where you can change the default settings, such as:
- Set a custom Extraction Directory;
- Integrate the program to Pescado's s3rc;
- Attempt to fix or/and decrapify the generated package;
- Add a handler when you right-click with any Sims3Pack to extract them;

Testers Wanted - Sims 3 Dashboard tool by Delphy
Download at Mod The Sims
It's basically designed to let people easily clear the cache and identify problem content.
This tool has 3 main tasks:
- To easily show you which games you have, whether or not they have a full framework, and to browse to that games root folder.
- To show you the contents of the Sims 3 cache files, and clear them
- To show you all of your custom content in .package format, and display any "corrupted" files, or Sims 2 content, or stuff that just plain wont work.
