[Late Night] Useable Building Shells by Jynx

This "little" mod makes all 31 of the Late Night building shells that I could find,
available in the Buy -> Debug Catalogue

These building are not intended for use by the inexperienced,
This is a new realm for all of us, and I feel obligated to say
that these were hidden by EA for a reason, and are very complex.
